I would be sad if the walking dead tv-series was the only comic book related show on the air atm, but now I couldnt care less. I am happy that at least atm Arrow is really good show to me and I am glad to watch it every week. Hope they dont ruin it in the future also.

I agree that the series isn't for everyone. Not everyone is as interested in that time and culture as Vince and I obviously are. That said, I still feel that many can get a lot out of the series. The writing is absolutely incredible, as is the art.

It had a profound impact on comics at the time, and has continued to inspire many in the industry.

It's easy to hear when you guys both like some comic and start to talk about it. It is really fun to listen and I think most people want to take the comic after listening to you two talk so giddy. I still have to say that Lone Wolf and cub isnt for every one. It can be really hard sometimes and I cant say every one enjoy about the lore or samurai and so on.

Still I loved the Lone wolf myseöf but it has been ages that I read the comic. I think I have to read it again. Ohh and Japan has some what really weird honor system that not many can understand and not many think the caste that japan had...

I bet you say that to all the boys who fawn all over your work.

;)

Thanks for this series, Jonathan. Yours would be the only Thor series that I'd be excited to read.

The end of your review summed up this issue perfectly. People who don't read it are doing themselves a disservice, as far as I'm concerned.

I've enjoyed Hickman's run, since I started reading in the few issues before Johnny died, but this was the first issue that went beyond "Damn, that was cool" and straight to that big soft side. It was a fantastic character issue, and made me that much more impressed with Hickman.

It's probably my favorite issue of either Fantastic Four title, since I started reading. First issue that really made me feel for the characters since some of Spidey's Gauntlet (#625, with the Rhino, comes to mind).
