Thanks for the shout out for MARVEL UNIVERSE VS WOLVERINE #1. We’ve got some weird twists and turns ahead. As you observed, this isn’t a retelling replacing Punisher with Wolverine. It’s another story that takes place in the same world but is essentially a preuel that will tell a unqiue tale as well as expanding on some of the events we teased in the Punisher series. Except for flashbacks, the Punisher series took place five years after the start of the plague; the Wolverine story takes place in the first days of the outbreak.

Thanks for the comment Jonathan, as well as for creating such a fantastic series. As was apparent in episode nine, we loved Marvel Universe vs The Punisher.

The fact that the Wolverine series ties in to the original just has us giddy as school girls. I personally can’t wait to see how it will all tie in together.
