This week, Vince and I cover a couple fantastic story arcs; The Death of Retro Girl, which appeared in Powers vol. 1 #1-6, and Spider-Man: Blue #1-6. Both are fantastic reads and it was fun being able to finally get to discuss them.

Don’t forget about our Very Maberry Christmas Giveaway contest! Simply leave a comment here or email contest (at) comicbookinformer (dot) com and tell us a comic that we put you onto that you wouldn’t have otherwise read. Alternatively, tell us about one that you disagree with what we had to say about it.

What do you stand to win?

A signed hardcover copy of Marvel Universe vs Wolverine from Mr Jonathan Maberry himself.

Vince and I loved this series, and think it will make a fantastic addition to the lucky winner’s library… and if y’all aren’t ready to take it, Vince and I have made it clear we will fight for it. Maybe not to the death, but definitely to the bruising.

We’ll be taking contest entries for a couple weeks and will announce the random winner on episode 056. Taking shipping into consideration, the book should arrive right ’round Christmas.

Thanks kindly to Jonathan for helping us with this giveaway.

(Only one entry per person please.)
