This week, I decide we should read the best of the Secret Wars… arguably because it had nothing to do with Secret Wars (the plural). I’m talking about Fury’s Secret War (singular) which came out in 2004-2005. The event spanned a few series, and told a gripping political thriller involving a hit on a Prime Minister and eventual retribution.

Bendis did a spectacular job on the writing. And not to be outdone, Dell’Otto killed it on the painted art.

Read it.

Our What We’re Reading segment was a little light this week, but we still covered some fun stuff.

Enjoy.
